This contest aims at raising awareness about rare skin diseases and allowing people to express their feelings about this issue in a different way. Hopefully, the drawings will be displayed on the different websites about rare diseases. The theme of the drawings should be “Everyday Heroes”.
The René Touraine Fondation located 1 rue Claude Vellefaux, 75010 Paris (SIREN n°391 753 001) is organising a free drawing contest from the 3rd of January 2017 until the 28th of February 2017.
Everyone is eligible to enter without condition of nationality or age. Four categories of applications are possible according to age: 3-5 year; 6-9 year; 10-12 year and 13 and over. For underage persons, a parental authorization is required.
One should submit his/her drawing
- either by email firstname.lastname@example.org (JPEG format if possible)

Competition is open on the 3rd of January 2017 and closes on the 28th of February 2017 (Midnight GMT time). Please do write your contact on the back of your drawing sent by post or in the email. The drawings sent by post will not be returned.
Johann Bauer (Past President of the Scientific Committee of the Genodermatoses Network), Christine Bodemer (president of the Scientific Committee of the Genodermatoses Network), Maya El-Hachem (President-Elect of the Scientific Committee of the Genodermatoses Network), as well as patients’ associations representatives who wish to affiliate, will be selecting the drawings.
A first and second prize will be awarded for every category. The prizes will be sent by post to every winner. Prizes will be boxes of high quality colored pencils and pastels.
